We are getting very busy here at International Metisfest Head Quarters, but we love. Just the thought of Metis People of North America wanting this International Rendezvous is very rewarding to be part of ! We would just like to info you of some Metisfest Facts: There will be a weekend pass issued by the International Peace Garden. The cost is $20 Canadian or USD per CARLOAD, thats right $20 for your car NOT per person. That means if there is 1 person or 7 people in the car/van you pay only $20 for the weekend pass. Or if you are going in for the day it is $10 per CAR load. Also camping has been discounted for this event. You have to get there early to get a good spot because there is NO reserving camping sites. There are many power sites but unlimited over flow camping or tenting for $9 per night. Also new this year is an Interpeted Centre with free wi-fi and exibits, also a new dining room located in the Peace Garden. Please check out their website at www.peacegarden.com Plus we have dorms available for rent for $25 per person per night. They are a 2 single bed unit. Also don't forget to takes pictures of the Peace Clock , International Metisfest gracefully donated to have the Infinity Symbols grown in flowers on both side of it again this year.
